지방세납세증명서,certificate of local tax payment 양식입니다.

지방세법 제38조의 규정에 의하여 발급일 현재 위의 징수유예액 또는 체납처분유예액을 제외하고는 다른 체납액이 없음을 증명하여 주시기 바랍니다.
I hereby request you to certify that I have no delinquent taxes except for the above-mentioned deferrals of payments and foreclosures as of the issued date of this certificate, in accordance with the provision of the Article 38 of the Local Tax Act.
